As part of Bramley Studio I developed a six-week remote workshop series bringing together community centre Dalgarno Trust and artist Mónica Alcazar-Duarte.
'Following conversations between Monica and Dalgarno Trust’s Healthworks project workers, the idea of a practical response to Covid-19 and working with one's hands crystallized into a project designing and making your own face masks and hand towel. Both promoting wellbeing through creative output, developing stronger and new community friendships and parting with skills to be used in the home for friends and family. We were warmed and excited to hear of the relationships that developed and the importance participants found in having a weekly fixture to focus on personal wellbeing.', Bramley Studio
